Beginning in 2008, TLG adopted the term “Team Member” to refer to each of the 275 current employees that have contributed to the success and growth of the company over the last two decades. This encompasses the spirit of collaboration and respect that permeates all levels of our organization.
The great importance we place on satisfaction originates from my personal experience in the security field and the lessons I’ve carried with me. Before branching off to establish TLG, I managed a small security firm along with two retired law enforcement officers. During this time I gained insight into the vital nature of strong relationships with clients and employees. For this reason, I readily offer my time to every client throughout the relationship. In fact, it’s a common sight to see me “drop in” on posts to ensure the quality of our service is at its highest. This also gives me the opportunity to maintain close relationships with all members of the TLG Team.
